Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At Al MANNAN, we strive to provide you with the highest quality perfumes and attars. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or need to make changes, please review our refunds and cancellations policy.

  1. Order Cancellations
  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Please contact our customer support team immediately to process the cancellation.
  • After Shipping: Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You will need to follow the return process outlined below if you wish to receive a refund.
  1. Returns & Refunds

We understand that purchasing fragrances online can sometimes be challenging. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options:

  • Return Eligibility:
    • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
    • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
    • Custom or personalized orders (e.g., custom attar blends) are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Return Process:
    • Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
    • Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
    • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Refund Processing:
    • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
    • If the product was received damaged or defective, we will cover all costs and issue a full refund or replacement.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photographic proof of the damage. Once confirmed, we will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:
    • Opened or used products.
    • Gift cards.
    • Custom or personalized products.
  1. Exchanges
  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item according to the process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.
